  • Build the Integration Playbook: Develop, implement, and standardize the company’s integration processes and tools. This includes creating due diligence checklists, integration playbooks, and post-integration plans for continuous improvement.
  • Risk & Budget Management: Identify, prioritize, and develop mitigation plans for all integration-related risks and issues. You will also develop and manage the complete integration budget, ensuring efficient resource use and adherence to financial targets.
  • Process Improvement: Conduct post-integration reviews (post-mortems) to assess the effectiveness of integration efforts, identify lessons learned, and build scalable processes to support a dynamic, global customer base.

  • Industry Focus (Highly Preferred): A proven track record of successfully leading and managing integration efforts within the FinTech industry is strongly preferred (specifically in Crypto, Stock Trading, or Forex).
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical and financial information for all audiences (both written and verbal). Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Leadership: Strong, demonstrable leadership and team management skills, with extensive experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams in a high-pressure environment.
