Key Responsibilities
- Pack, deliver, and execute the complete setup and teardown of catering buffets and mini-buffets in a timely and organized manner.
- Manage the packing and timely delivery of all general meal box orders.
- Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and service is met during all deliveries and setups.
- Maintain the hygiene and cleanliness of the assigned delivery vehicle(s), adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist the central team with general logistics-related work as needed.
- Perform any other ad-hoc operational tasks assigned by the manager.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Must hold a valid Class 3 (or equivalent) manual driving license. A clean driving record is essential. (2 years of driving experience is preferred but not required).
- Must be physically fit and capable of handling and lifting bulky catering equipment (e.g., warmers, tables, containers).
- A strong sense of personal accountability; able to manage time, routes, and customer interactions independently.
- A high commitment to quality, with strong attention to detail in packing and setup presentation.
- A genuine customer-service mindset and a professional demeanor.
- A positive, solution-oriented approach to handling on-site challenges.
Work Hours
- This role is based on a 44-hour work week.
- Any hours worked beyond 44 hours per week will be paid as Overtime (OT).
