Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of complex software projects, ensuring high-quality standards and client requirements are met.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, primarily using Typescript and React, and following all team best practices.
• Work collaboratively with product managers, designers, and other developers to define project specifications, objectives, and timelines.
• Engage with modern project management tools (like Linear or similar) to track milestones, manage tasks, and collaborate effectively.
• Actively participate in code reviews and embrace opportunities for learning and personal growth, guided by senior team members.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and software development practices to continuously improve your skills.
• Work primarily in a remote setting, with the requirement to visit the Makati office once a month for team meetings, project kick-offs, and other collaborative activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in software development, with a portfolio or examples of previous projects that demonstrate your skills.
• A strong foundation in Typescript and React, with a keen understanding of software architecture and design principles.
• A team-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• A continuous learner who is open to receiving feedback and dedicated to personal and professional growth.
• Creative and effective problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering results.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

• Familiarity with design collaboration tools such as Figma.
• Experience with Python, which adds versatility to your technical skill set.
