About the Opportunity

Our client, a global leader in electrical and digital building infrastructures, is seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales Executive to join their Data Center Business Unit.

This role is critical for expanding the company’s footprint within Domestic and Global Key Accounts, specifically targeting Large Enterprises, Colocation Providers, and Hyperscale Data Centers. You will be responsible for driving strategic engagement and revenue growth across a comprehensive portfolio of mission-critical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Management: Act as the primary owner for relationships with high-value enterprise customers and hyperscalers, ensuring long-term partnership and retention.
  • Solution Selling: Promote and sell an end-to-end portfolio of Data Center infrastructure, including Racking Systems, Containment, UPS, Busway, PDUs, Cooling, and Cabling.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive solution adoption, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling across multiple product lines.
  • Technical Collaboration: Partner with internal Solution Engineers, Marketing, and Project Delivery teams to architect and propose robust infrastructure solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Channel Management: Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and channel partners to influence project specifications and secure wins.
  • Commercial Leadership: Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, and manage contract closures while maintaining accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years of proven B2B Sales or Business Development experience. Direct experience in Data Center infrastructure, IT, or electrical domains is highly preferred.
  • Technical Understanding: Strong grasp of enterprise buying cycles and the technical aspects of data center deployments.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin (Spoken & Written) is mandatory to liaise with specific client demographics. Fluent English is also required.
  • Logistics:

    • Must possess own transport.
    • Must be willing to act based in Balakong.
    • Must be willing to travel outstation as required.
  • Availability: Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

Preferred Profile

  • Demographics: Mandarin-speaking candidates (Chinese or Indian) are preferred due to business nature. Female candidates are encouraged to apply, though all qualified candidates will be considered.
  • Age: Preference for candidates below 30 years old, but open to experienced candidates above 30.

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Salary Range: RM 5,000 – RM 10,000 (Based on experience).
  • Fixed Allowances:

    • Travel/Transport: RM 700 (Within Klang Valley).
    • Toll: RM 50.
  • Petrol: Company Petrol Card provided upon confirmation (Claims basis prior to confirmation).
  • Tools: Company phone provided.
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
