Job Title: E-Commerce Executive (SEA)

Location: Southeast Asia (flexible hub: Singapore / Malaysia / Hong Kong)

Reports To: E-Commerce Manager (SEA)

Team: Regional E-Commerce

About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading regional brand, is seeking a highly detail-oriented and hands-on E-Commerce Executive to join their Southeast Asia team. This is a crucial, executional role focused on the day-to-day operations of their official stores on TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopee.

The perfect candidate has practical experience with marketplace platforms, possesses a strong grasp of Southeast Asian consumer purchasing habits, and thrives in dynamic, high-energy settings where numerous promotions and marketing campaigns are active at once.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace & Operations Management (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok)

  • Manage the day-to-day maintenance of all product listings (SKUs), ensuring accurate pricing, content, and stock availability.
  • Serve as the key operational point of contact for the external e-commerce enabler (3rd party partner), coordinating to resolve fulfillment issues, manage returns, and optimize store setup.
  • Ensure all voucher mechanics, bundle deals, GWP (Gift with Purchase), and other promotional settings are flawlessly implemented on all platforms.

2. Campaign & Promotion Execution

  • Assist the E-commerce Manager in preparing and submitting all campaign participation files for major mega-campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, 12.12).
  • Execute the hands-on uploading and setup of all promotions, including vouchers and complex bundle creations.
  • Actively monitor competitor promotions and activities, flagging key opportunities or threats to the team.

3. TikTok Shop & Live-Stream Support

  • Provide essential operational support for TikTok live-stream sessions, including product tagging, voucher activation, and setting up traffic-driving activities.
  • Coordinate with influencer hosts and internal teams to ensure a smooth, error-free execution of all live campaigns.
  • Track live-stream performance and provide rapid feedback for optimization.

4. Content & Reporting

  • Collaborate with the Merchandising team to ensure all Product Display Pages (PDPs) are enriched with the correct images and content.
  • Upload creative assets (banners, images) for campaigns, ensuring all assets comply with platform guidelines.
  • Generate and maintain daily/weekly reports on key metrics (sales, traffic, conversion rate) for each marketplace.
  • Track and report on campaign and voucher performance, escalating any anomalies or issues.
  • Maintain dashboards to monitor the Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance of the external enabler.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on e-commerce operations experience in the SEA market.
  • Platform Expertise: Mandatory, hands-on experience with TikTok Seller Center, Lazada Seller Center, and Shopee Seller Center.
  • Campaign Knowledge: Proven familiarity with participating in marketplace mega-campaigns (9.9, 11.11) and setting up promotions/vouchers.
  • Skills:

    • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage hundreds of SKUs and multiple campaigns simultaneously.
    • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and reporting.
    • A basic understanding of performance marketing and live commerce operations.
    • A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills for coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
