About the Opportunity

We are an AI startup quickly scaling our operations and searching for a Product Designer to join core team. This is a key position offering a "front-row seat" in an exciting, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences for our flagship AI application suite.

Key Responsibilities

• UI/UX Design: Design and deliver the end-to-end user experience, creating intuitive wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect, user-friendly interfaces for core AI software applications.
• Brand Ownership: Take full ownership of the company's visual branding and all creative assets, ensuring a consistent and high-quality aesthetic across all products and marketing channels.
• User Research: Plan and conduct user research (e.g., usability testing, user interviews) to deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points, and then translate those insights into design decisions.
• Product & Marketing Strategy:
  • Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to help develop effective go-to-market strategies for new features.
  • Develop a strong understanding of industry trends and the target audience to help evolve the company's product and marketing strategy.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• A strong online portfolio that clearly demonstrates your design process (not just final results) and your high-quality UI/UX design work.
• A strong, well-articulated design philosophy centered on user-centricity, essentialism, and high-quality "taste."
• A genuine, strong interest in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) and/or robotics space.
• An energetic, proactive, and curious mindset, combined with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bonus: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a significant plus.
