About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a dynamic Partner Marketing Specialist for a key hybrid role. This position is 50% focused on acquiring new strategic partners ("hunting") and 50% on managing and growing existing partner relationships ("farming").

You will be responsible for the entire partner marketing lifecycle, from recruitment and enablement to executing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and managing the Marketing Development Fund (MDF).

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Acquisition & Recruitment:

    • Proactively drive partner recruiting and program awareness as part of a cross-functional team to build a strong partner lead generation pipeline.
  • Partner Management & Go-to-Market (GTM):

    • Manage a portfolio of strategic partners, developing joint business plans and executing GTM activities based on shared value propositions.
  • Sales & Partner Enablement:

    • Contribute to and help deliver the partner enablement program, ensuring partners are properly onboarded and trained on the company's product suite.
  • MDF & Performance Management:

    • Take ownership of the Marketing Development Fund (MDF), managing the budget, driving utilization, and optimizing the program based on performance metrics and ROI.
  • Analytics & Reporting:

    • Constantly use data and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of all partner marketing activities, reporting on performance and suggesting data-driven improvements.
  • Commercial Acumen:

    • Identify and negotiate new revenue-generating opportunities within the partner ecosystem.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in a related field, such as partner marketing, channel sales, or sales enablement.
  • A proven track record of delivering measurable success in a global or regional partner program.
  • Must be a well-rounded marketing generalist with broad experience across different marketing functions.
  • A strong ability to understand customer and partner pain points, and to translate complex technical features into strategic "reasons to buy" or "reasons to partner."
  • Demonstrable experience in negotiating commercial terms and managing budgets (e.g., MDF).

How to Apply

Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume, detailing their experience in partner marketing and GTM strategy.
