About the Opportunity
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join the client product team. This role is focused on crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning digital experiences for their web and mobile platforms.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong eye for clean design, a deep understanding of user behavior, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into elegant, user-centric solutions that delight users and achieve key product goals.
Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and key stakeholders, to define user requirements and design strategies.
- Develop a full range of design artifacts, from initial concept wireframes and user flows to interactive prototypes and pixel-perfect high-fidelity mockups.
- Utilize modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for all design and prototyping phases.
- Plan and conduct user research (e.g., interviews, surveys) and usability testing sessions to identify pain points, gather feedback, and validate design concepts.
- Champion the brand's visual identity and help maintain or evolve design systems to ensure a cohesive and consistent user interface.
- Partner closely with the development team to ensure the accurate, high-quality implementation of designs and provide all necessary assets.
- Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and data from analytics.
- Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, emerging tools, and best practices in accessibility standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 2-5 years of proven professional experience in UI/UX design or product design.
- A strong online portfolio is mandatory. It must demonstrate your design process, creative thinking, and a keen eye for detail across multiple projects.
- High proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision).
- A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD) principles, interaction design, and current accessibility standards.
- Demonstrable experience designing for responsive web and mobile-first applications.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Direct experience building or maintaining scalable design systems and component libraries.
- Knowledge of motion design or microinteractions.
- Prior experience working within an Agile/Scrum development environment.
