Job Description:

The Head of CRM, Analytics, and Media will lead the strategic development and execution of comprehensive marketing initiatives. This role focuses on enhancing customer engagement, driving sales, and ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience across all platforms. The successful candidate will also coordinate with various teams to manage key areas such as analytics, media planning, and influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target health and beauty consumers.
  • Oversee all marketing functions, including branding, advertising, and promotional activities.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Lead CRM initiatives to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Utilize customer data and insights to personalize marketing efforts and enhance customer retention.

Omnichannel Marketing

  • Ensure a cohesive brand experience across all channels, including online, in-store, and mobile platforms.
  • Collaborate with sales and merchandising teams to create integrated campaigns that enhance the customer journey.

Analytics and Payment Solutions:

  • Lead the analytics team to assess customer data and payment methods, optimizing marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure that insights derived from analytics inform decisions in media planning.

Media Planning

  • Oversee media planning, focusing on platforms such as Google and Meta.
  • Collaborate with media partners to ensure campaigns are effectively targeted and measurable.

Influencer and Partnerships Management

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that resonate with health and beauty consumers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with relevant influencers and brands, coordinating with the team to enhance visibility and engagement.

Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing marketing team, ensuring alignment across all functions.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the marketing department.

Budget Management

  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor expenditures and adjust strategies to stay within budget while achieving goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in marketing and CRM within the health and beauty retail sector.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
