Key Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain the simulation environments for training AI coding agents.
• Develop robust testing infrastructure and "grading" systems that operate on top of large, third-party codebases.
• Build automations to streamline the processes for testing and new task creation.
• Constantly work with new and unfamiliar codebases, quickly gaining the deep familiarity needed to build evaluation tools on top of them.
• Collaborate closely with the AI research team to provide the critical infrastructure they need.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Must have multiple years of professional experience in full-stack software engineering projects.
• Core Languages: High proficiency in Typescript OR Go.
• Infrastructure: Solid knowledge of infrastructure and database technologies, including Docker and at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Key Attribute: A demonstrable, exceptional ability to learn new, complex technologies and codebases at a very fast pace.
• AI Tooling: Must be highly proficient in using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to accelerate your own development workflow.
• Note: We are hiring for the ability to learn and adapt quickly, not for experience with any specific list of frameworks or libraries.
