Job Summary

Our client is a leading and rapidly expanding CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) network specializing in the performance marketing space, with a strong focus on the Nutra (Health & Wellness) vertical. They are seeking an experienced and strategic Managing Director to lead the entire company through its next phase of significant global growth.

As the Managing Director, you will have full operational and strategic oversight of the business, from high-level strategy and P&L management to business development and brand building. Your leadership will be the key to driving the company's expansion into a global industry leader.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a clear, comprehensive growth strategy to scale the company into a global Nutra CPA network brand.
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand into new international markets and identify new revenue streams.
  • Establish, communicate, and champion the company's vision, ensuring alignment across all departments.

Operational Management:

  • Oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring the efficient execution of campaigns, optimizing affiliate and advertiser relationships, and enhancing performance.
  • Implement best practices and processes to streamline operations and manage cross-functional teams (BD, Account Management, Marketing, Tech).

Financial Oversight:

  • Take full ownership of the company's P&L, ensuring profitability while managing costs effectively.
  • Set and track all financial goals, including revenue targets, margins, and KPIs.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance in collaboration with the finance team.

Affiliate & Partner Relationships:

  • Cultivate and manage high-level relationships with key affiliates, advertisers, and strategic partners to ensure long-term success.
  • Develop innovative programs to retain top-tier affiliates while continuously recruiting new talent.
  • Lead negotiations for high-value contracts and agreements with publishers and advertisers, ensuring favorable terms.

Brand & Market Expansion:

  • Lead all efforts to elevate the company's brand within the global Nutra and affiliate marketing landscape.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, thought leadership, and strategic partnerships to enhance market presence.
  • Ensure the company stays ahead of market trends and competitors, adapting strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Team Development & Culture:

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing international team (both in-office and remote) through effective leadership and professional development.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-focused company culture.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • A minimum of 5+ years of senior leadership experience in managing and scaling a performance marketing or CPA network.
  • Direct industry experience in the Nutra, Health & Wellness, or Affiliate Marketing sectors is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience with full P&L management, including budgets, forecasting, and financial performance.
  • Proven success in developing and executing global expansion strategies.
  • Deep understanding of affiliate marketing, media buying, B2B and B2C marketing, and the overall performance marketing landscape.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using performance metrics and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • A proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • An entrepreneurial approach, with a passion for growth, innovation, and brand building.
  • Must be able to thrive in a high-pressure, start-up environment and build trusted relationships in a multi-cultural setting.
  • Language: Excellent, professional-level English is mandatory. Knowledge of Russian is a significant plus.
