About the Opportunity

Our client,is looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to join their technology team. This is an excellent opportunity for a software testing professional with at least one year of experience to work on large-scale systems, ensuring the quality and performance of digital solutions that support a major commercial operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Analysis: Collaborate closely with project teams to interpret business requirements and analyze user needs.
• Test Planning: Design and implement comprehensive test plans covering both functional and non-functional requirements to ensure maximum test coverage.
• Execution: Conduct rigorous feature testing, integration testing, and performance testing of core systems.
• Reporting: Document detailed test results, track defects, and monitor issue status updates through to resolution.
• Process Governance: Monitor and govern the overall QA process, ensuring strict adherence to testing cycle activities and standards.
• Development Support: Support the development team by creating detailed test cases and clarifying project requirements to prevent defects early in the lifecycle.

Job Requirements

• Education: Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related IT field.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in Software QA.
• Testing Expertise: Proven experience in managing and executing various testing methodologies, including:
  • SIT (System Integration Testing)
  • UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
  • Load & Performance Testing
  • Resilience & Regression Testing
• Technical Skills:
  • Solid knowledge of SQL is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages and test automation tools is a significant advantage.
